Summer special/2 Vetos for the price of 1 humanity

Shmunkey Vetos Stem Cell bill

Let me get this straight, if extracting stem cells from discarded embroys is considered murder then what do you call the blood baths in Babyulon, Jerusalem & now Lebanon? ..............................Collateral?
The Bush Adminstrations view on the relativity of human life is a scary and shameful thing!
Shame on anyone who entertains this dangerous notion..

Bush Vetoes Stem Cell Bill As Promised
U.S. Vetoes Ceasefire, Peace in Gaza, LebanonArab League Mourns ‘Peace Process’ as ‘Dead’
Don't Veto, Mr. President

* Angry Kuwaiti hackers descend on Israeli websites <-i7na shako?
Why do we have to suffer for poor internet connection? Its like 2 Israeli Soldiers get kidnapped and a whole country goes to war!
Same bloody thing..

Why does it matter to you whether American tax payer dollars are used for Embronic research or not? The big misunderstanding here is that this outlaws reserch which it doesn't it just keeps tax dollars from being used this way. Bush is the first President to ever allow any taxpayer dollars to be used for embronic stem cell research. BTW did you know that so far nothing has come for ESCR? All of the great promise comes from Adult stem cells but that doesn't stop the propangandist from bashing the Presidnet for things they are too stupid to understnad.

It matters to me because Embrionic stem sell research can one day help cure many life threatening illnesses that the pharmaceutical industry is still struggling with [not to mention the exhaustion of resources in which this industry is depends on]
In terms of Tax money expendeture, funding stem cell research is surely a better investment than the War on Iraq which has a poor ROI! The many empty promisess which have been proved the misclaculations of the Bush adminstrations [yet Again].
Developing medicine takes much longer than the development of weaponry and requires broader outlook and masterplanning that exceeds the period of lame duck presidency life span.
and please lets leave propaganda for further dicussion but I'll give you a hint..[Evil Nations Part III], coming in cinemas near you..

That's funny that you have to ask! Most of the other G8 counties have no army they depend upon America to protect most of them that is why the veto matters. Germany said no soilders, GB said no soliders, and America said no, there are no other armies in the group. The UN is going the way of the league of nations very soon.

Like was said above, this doesn't stop research at all. Drug companies are free to spend their dollars on it. The truth is that they won't because there has not been one thing come from ESCR in a decade of trying. Adult stem cell reseach is being federally funded and does show the promise of solving many problems.

We call that justice. It isn't going to end anytime soon and will probably go on into Syria and Iran. If I were you I would be spending my time thinking about where I wanted to be when the nukes in Iran are detonated rather than rail against something you can't change at all. I think the money is well spent and if it takes 10 X that to stop Islamic fascism so be it.

Islamic Fascism in your book is political independency in someone else's my friend
As for Syria, I personally want them off the map all together as they've been a source of unstability in the region way before the rightious peaceloving axis of so called "JUSTICE" AKA Imperial Britian even thought of drawing the Mideast boarders.

History is repeating itself, when a nation feels superior to the rest of the world and acts solely to push its selfish agenda on the rest of the world, the rest of us will then have to suffer the 50+ years to come.

If America will only allow Iraq to stand on its feet without manipulating its new government, the streets of Baghdad will be much quiter than they are now, the neighbouring country will not feel so threatened by a blood thirsty Imperial army and hence will not need to expand its Nuclear defence projects. Another important aspect is Economical, with mad oil prices and rediculious sanctions, not only Iran but every country in the world needs to resort to alternative sources of Energy as is the U.S.
Other countries need to protect their boarders and not just their "ASSETS", they need to build their economies and sustain them, something that will not be permited by the U.S. as long as they're labeled AXIS of Evil.
I'm not surpised that you don't see the bigger picture specially with the "SQUARE" perspective that your country portrays the world in.
The days in which the Arabs crusade at propagandist rants of dinasour politicians is over, example EGYPT today. [We don't trust TV to give us balanced news, we've lost what's left in our faith in Media in Gulf War II] The resentment you feel is a result of recent miscalculations from the U.S. government, these same miscalculations are recognized and condemened by the majority on this planet, not just the Mideast..
I'd be more than happy to give you a few blogs in South America, Europe, Asia & Africa..

I feel no resentment at all. Where in the world did that come from? I also don't feel superior to any other country that sounds like more projection to me and more your problem than mine. I don't care about leftist blogger's blogs. The left has ALWAYS been wrong on every aspect of history. I do agree history is repeating itself and once again people like you are on the wrong side of it. Instead of blaming the rest of the world try holding your leaders to account for what they do. Take a good look in the mirror, it is your problem not ours. If we wanted, tomorrow percussion bombs could be dropped in a 1000 miles radius. Do you know what a percussion bomb does? It kills everything that lives and leaves the infrastruct standing. End of problem, think about it.

Thanks for the info, however I don't need to know what a percussion bomb is, all I need to do is watch T.V. and see the children in Lebanon frozen in pompeei eruption victims like pauses that depict their last horrific fearsticken moments before Israel dropped their U.S. made bombs on their homes and killed extended families that have nothing to do with terrorism, farmers, fishermen and craftsmen who are caught in the middle and affected the most..

The people of lebanon didn't choose to go to war and therefore any justification of 'Collateral' would be illogical..

All I need to do is watch the Cancer rate go up and the birth defects escalade to know how advanced your American Weapon's indusry and the horrific consiquences of your governments inhumanitarian use of Depleted Uranium and supplying them to Israel...
Its not about left or right, its about human suffering, the world is not a video game my friend, I know your media has brainwashed the masses in the U.S. including yourself, but again..You've found this blog, I can only assume that you have access to information, your ignorance of what's going around in the world is a personal choice that you seem to hang onto.

As for our leaders, we do hold them accountable on daily bases, you can read about the Kuwaiti Parliment and you'll see that we have more democracy than anywhere else in the region considering how young our country is...

But your government doesn't seem to learn from its past mistakes and creates bigger conflicts to justify its global superiority agenda at the expense of YOUR Tax dollars, so I suggest you go and question your government and stop believing what's forcefed to you.
Can you handle the truth?
